During the simulated production test of the fourth-generation prototype, we found that the square layout design is difficult to clean and sanitation. Responsible for customers and products, we have started the exploration of the 5th generation machine with the spirit of excellence and craftsmanship. Optimize the square layout into a circular layout to avoid hygienic dead corners. The fifth-generation prototype perfectly solved the problems existing in most pharmaceutical production, and was applied to three manufacturers at the same time in March 2019 to start production testing.

At the end of 2018, the 4th generation product was successfully developed, with breakthroughs in precision, wear, installation and aseptic risk. At the end of 2018, the 4th generation prototype was exhibited for the first time at the National Pharmaceutical Machinery Exhibition. Once it was unveiled, it was enthusiastically sought after by the market. After learning about the performance of the machine, many customers signed letters of intent on the spot.

Since the first two generations of prototypes have different problems, the product is not perfect. In 2018, the company once again organized a technical team and started the research and development of the third generation of products. After repeated tests and comparisons, in order to reduce the size, a reciprocating rotary structure is adopted; in order to reduce wear, a symmetrically arranged double-roller extrusion method is adopted. In the process of prototype testing, it was found that the symmetrical method of double rollers did effectively avoid the wear of the hose, but the way of rotary and reciprocating motion lowered the accuracy standard.

Continuously improve and optimize on the basis of the first-generation prototype, and adopt a modular design scheme. Every four pumps form a group and share a frame, which effectively reduces the installation space and perfectly solves the problem of integration with the production line. At the same time, the suction structure is added, which effectively solves the dripping problem of low-viscosity liquids and improves the filling accuracy. However, during the long-term running test, it was found that the hose wear defect of the peristaltic pump could not be solved.

The first generation of product design was conceived in 2016. After many market researches and dozens of design discussions, we started from scratch, and finally completed the prototype manufacturing in 2017 and started internal testing. The first-generation prototype breaks the rotation mode of the existing peristaltic pump and adopts the method of squeezing the hose in a straight line, which basically solves the problem of filling accuracy. However, it has the disadvantages of large size and inconvenient integration into the production line.
