    Product Introduction:

     

    1 .The product adopts an independently servo-driven ball screw mechanism, ensuring stable and reliable operation. Each filling head achieves a filling accuracy of up to 0.2%, with independent servo-driven regulation for each head's filling volume.

    2. It is suitable for most liquid filling equipment, capable of being highly integrated with the filling host or serving as a mobile filling station.

    3. The number of filling heads can be freely combined from 1 to 24.

    4. The exterior is made of 304 stainless steel, meeting pharmaceutical production standard requirements.

    5. It is equipped with an independent mechanical suction anti-drip device, effectively preventing filling drips and improving product pass rates.

     

    Features:

     

    1. Instead of plunger pumps or peristaltic pumps, it achieves high-precision filling by directly squeezing flexible hoses.

    2. It features an independent mechanical anti-drip structure to prevent liquid dripping or wall adhesion, enhance filling accuracy, reduce white spots/burn marks, and accommodate liquids of different viscosities.

    5. Symmetric squeezing by dual rollers reduces hose wear, extending its service life by over 10 times.

    6. Simple and convenient hose installation allows one-handed operation while wearing gloves, minimizing aseptic risks.

    7. Each filling cycle pressurizes the hose once, drastically reducing molecular shear force—perfect for filling high-molecular-weight biological drugs.

    8. The drug solution is fully enclosed within the hose, eliminating crystal blockage risks, making it suitable for high-concentration liquid filling.

    9. Simply replacing the hose enables filling volumes from 0.03–30 mL, with one system adapting to multi-specification filling requirements for various products.
